“This ripe holdover from 2006 proves that Priorat wines can age well. This wine is full of licorice, spice cake and other heady aromas. Drink now through 2020.”

Lovely nose full of dark fruit, chocolate and coffee. The acidity provides the perfect counterpoint to the dense tannins and rich, ripe dark fruit character.
The wine is a blend of Cariñena(35%), Garnacha(35%), Cabernet Sauvignon (15%) and Merlot(15%). Aged in both French and American oak the resulting complexity is no surprise though the elegance is.
80% French (Allier) / 20% American
