We prefer orders be conducted on-line for security and accuracy purposes.  However, you may email us at  winers@wineingclub.com to place your order.  Provide a phone number if you would like to place your order by phone.

By submitting an order, you authorize Finca La Malena to charge your submitted credit card for the amount of the wine, appropriate taxes and shipping costs.  Shipments will not be made until payment has been made.

CA Sales Tax and district taxes will be added to all orders as appropriate.  CA buyers may be subject to local use taxes.  Out of State buyers may be subject to various use taxes in their own state.

An order may consist of a Wine’er Club subscription and additional individual bottle purchases.  In this case, we will package everything together to minimize costs based upon order quantity and ship at the same time.  If you do not wish to wait for your subscription shipment, please order By the Bottle wines separately.

You must be 21 years of age to place an order and receive/sign for shipments.  Couriers may request Proof of Identification.

All sales are finals.  Our wines have been created and selected with quality in mind.  We pride ourselves in our selections but recognize that taste is personal.  Please let us know if a bottle is spoiled (oxidized) or broken.  Any exchanges will be for store credit.

And, of course, let us know if you love it, like it or doesn’t suit your taste.  We want you to be happy while you are wineing.

Club subscriptions automatically renew and charge your credit card on the 15th of the month with the month determined by the frequency when you first ordered.  For example, if you joined a club in September for every other month your next renewal charge will be November 15.

You may cancel or suspend your subscription prior to your next billing cycle as you choose.  An email will be sent in advance of your shipment with deadline to cancel/suspend.  Once a shipment has begun we cannot pull the shipment back without additional charges.  But why would you stop wineing?  If you do, please let us know the reasons.

Shipping / Handling

Orders placed from By the Bottle Shop or your first club subscription purchase will ship 2 -3 business days from date of order and credit card charge appoval.

Wine’er Club shipments will ship on approximately the 20th of the month(s) based upon your membership cycle determined by the frequency you choose and the month of your first shipment.

Delivery of shipment will occur anywhere from 1 – 5 business days from date of shipment.  It will vary based upon shipment time of day, destination of shipment and our choice of courier.

Your shipment will have a tracking number that will be provided to you with contact information for that courier.  If you need to make alternate arrangements once an order is shipped, please contact the courier directly.  They may be able to make accommodations based upon their company policies and services.

Wines may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years of age, and in placing your order you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old. When your wines are delivered, the person receiving delivery may be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years of age. All offers are void where prohibited by law and void to everyone under 21 years old.  Shipments cannot be left on the doorstep.

All couriers charge Adult Signature Required delivery charges.  These are offset in your Handling Charge.

A handling fee is included on all shipping charges to offset packaging, adult signature and processing costs.  It is added to the Shipping line item on your order checkout.

If no one is available to receive the package and the package is returned, there will be additional shipping/handling fees charged to your credit card on file based upon courier and processing costs.

We cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transit by the courier.

We reserve the right to delay shipments in the cases of extreme weather, particularly the months of July and August.  If we choose to delay shipment, you will be notified and provided an option, if available, for cool truck shipping at an additional fee.

Shipping fees are determined by weight and zone from our offices and are set as “flat fees” based upon weight ranges being delivered to a general shipping regions.  We reserve the right to alter our calculations at any time.  Changes will be reflected in the calculated costs at time of checkout.

Restricted Shipping States

Based upon the complex and widely differing state level regulations regarding wine we are limited to states that we can ship to directly.

Eligible Shipping States – AK, CA, OR, NV, NM, ND, ID, WY, NE, MO, LA, VA, WV, DC.

You may order from any state as long as the shipping destination is and eligible shipping state.

Privacy / Site Visit Information:

For each visitor to our website, our web server automatically recognizes the visitor’s domain name (where possible), but not their email address unless an order is placed or request for further information is placed.  We collect aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit.

You may choose not to receive email offers:
As a The Wineing Club customer, you opt-in and will automatically receive email confirmation of your orders, as well as notification of special offers from The Wineing Club, unless you notify us otherwise. Notify us by email, phone, or standard mail to have your email address removed from our list.  You may also use the unsubscribe feature on any special offer email that includes the feature.

We respect your privacy:
Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers will receive telephone contact from us if we have questions regarding a specific order.  We may periodically call to inform you of purchasing opportunities and special promotions.  The Wineing Club does not share, trade or sell customer contact information.

Credit Card Payments:
